Breakfast: single tall latté, 50g oats, seasoned with cinnamon

Snack: Yogi Sip - granadilla

Lunch: tuna, pineapple, cucumber and tomato wrap (wholewheat)

Snack: 20 cashews

Supper: chicken, sweet potato and mixed pepper bake, 50g boiled mixed veg

TOTAL: 1266 calories

Exercise: 30min walk
